Meet Brent– Project Manager & AutoCAD Technician
While still in high school, Brent completed a semester with ShawCADesign through a career exploration program that allowed students to experience different professions firsthand. During that semester, he fell in love with the process and intentional thought required to design custom homes, gaining an appreciation for how each drawing must balance function, structure, and vision. That early exposure sparked a passion for AutoCAD and design that would ultimately shape his career path.
Brent later pursued a career in banking and accounting, where his analytical mindset and attention to detail quickly stood out, leading to an offer for a management position. Despite the opportunity, he realized his true passion lay in design rather than a traditional banking role. With his financial background and analytical thinking, Brent brings a blend of problem-solving, and strategic thinking to every project, helping move the business forward through thoughtful systems, and a clear vision for continued growth.
