Meet Drew– Facilities Assistance
Drew is an important part of the ShawCADesign team, serving as our Facilities Assistant. He helps keep the office running smoothly by taking out all trash, refilling paper trays, resetting the coffee machine, and assisting with general office upkeep. Drew approaches his responsibilities with consistency and pride, and his help allows the rest of the team to stay focused and productive throughout the day.
Born with Rubinstein-Taybi Syndrome, Drew has never let that define his abilities or limit his willingness to contribute. His role at ShawCADesign is designed to provide real-life work experience, build confidence, and develop skills that will help prepare him for future employment opportunities. This position is an important step in helping Drew grow, learn, and work toward higher goals in his professional journey.
